This Grambank feature seems to be about distinctions in independent personal pronouns and bound person forms (= person indexing). Clusivity refers to the distinction in non-singular forms between 'speaker and addressee' (inclusive) and 'speaker and someone else, not including the addressee (exclusive)'. ("Inclusion of an interlocutor" sounds vague; what is meant is the inclusion of the addressee in the set that includes the speaker.)
